161: Revive and Thrive Report
Between 2004 and 2007 Revive & Thrive supported community regeneration activity within the most rural parts of Boston Borough and South Holland District. The initiative was delivered by Officers from Lincolnshire County Council working in partnership with South Holland District Council and Boston Borough Council. Central to the project was a commitment to help reverse the decline in rural services and create prosperous, thriving communities.

To help community groups to understand the variety of services which they could host at their facilities, and to help link the groups with providers of the kinds of services which their communities had expressed a need for, Revive & Thrive held a networking event.
